all i have to say is :o :o :o :o .
first off i just want to say my hatch usually run high 8's low 9's in the 1/8. its fairly quick for now at least. i was coming back from clearwater beach and the bypass is closed so i took down town. i saw a white metro with a body kit ?? i was like huh wtf ? i heard him revving at a late 60 to early 70's stang fastback. all of a sudden i see them go at it metro tears him a new asshole. from 30-50 he had 5 car lengths ????? the way he was all over the road i figured he was spraying. so getting on to gulf to bay from downtown i give him a rev he revs back THAT FOCKER SOUNDS GOOD !!! we go from a 40 roll (my strongest point !!) he got a second jump but, i won't conplain by 50 he was 1/2 car length infront of me :o . 55 he was up about 3/4 by 65 he was up a car length and a half then we let off :o :o . i was stunned for like 10 minutes ! the 70 mustang drove by me after we let of and was giving me looks with a stunned look on his face to. he was previously trying to race me before the metro but, i wouldn't go. I WAS ALMOST as stunned as i was when i got beat by civic hatch for the FISRT AND ONLY TIME in my Mr2 Turbo. I asked what doyou have he said 1.3L :o :o :o :lol: :o :lol: . i was like you spraying he said "little bit". down the road on us19 he askes if i want to run again i declined my car was overheating and acting like shit.(everyone knows when there car is tired and just dosen't feel want to run and you beating it to hell) we got a red light i said fuck it and was about to get in the far lane to line up when i saw a cop bust a u-turn. so i asked him what shot he was using he said 100 SHOT on a 1.3L !!!!!!!! then he told my girlfirend you haven't even seen under the hood "always means something". then we parted from there. if your on the board NICE NICE SLEEPER !!!!!
we should go at it again (your METRO (emphacise METRO) is the best race i had in a while)
i don't know to much about nitrous but i know that 1.3L had to be almost fully built for a 100 shot. I now have to say when someone asked i've been beat by a metro.
