I'm looking at buying another accord but wanted to get some insight on some of the transmission issues these cars were having?

Was it mainly issues with the V6 engine/auto transmission or were the problems equally as frequent with the I4 engine/auto transmission set ups.

In 2004 did Honda change the transmissions?

The accord I buy with be towing a 900lbs jet ski and trailer a dozen times a year to the beach and back. Currently my I4/automatic 96 EX accord does it just fine. But i know that later years had some transmission issues.
