grey evo with tr plate in the estates apartments

so who was that yesterday? i saw a grey evo 8/9 with a tr plate in the estates apartments complex

Not sure what complex this is. Was it silver or graphite grey? My friend Billy has a silver 9 lowered no tint and a domo in the rear view. has my old plate frame.
