Does anyone know the location of the crank position sensor on a 1995 mitsubishi eclipse 4g63t??

You know about the Internet as you are obviously on this forum. Do yourself a favor and download the FSM, and go buy a Chilton/Haynes manual.

Crankshaft Position (CKP) sensor (2.0L Turbo & 2.4l)
Left side of engine, by crankshaft end.

this info comes from mitchel on demand 05
