I have one of a few ?s for mopar tech....

What is the best way to insulate the ramcharger from the heat of the exhaust? My truck floor gets hot as hell and counter acts my weak AC...

Best way to insulate? I thought maybe get that dynomat stuff that insultes the hood and just use it... any other suggestions?

Well since i know so much about all dodges i think i should chime in here j/k.

Actually dynomat works terrible for insulation purposes. It only dampens vibrations in light weight panels and does that by adding mass to the panels.

My suggestion would be more carpet padding, maybe the spray can truck bed liner, or even thin insulation (pretty expensive though) but it is a small area.

Another option, you could always get a liquid cooled driving suit and carry a small cooler with you.

Talk to a Body shop, they have a spray that they can spray, or maby even you can, that insulates against temperature, it is like an undercoating. I give my body shop a call and see if I can find out the name.

Having carpet must suck, eh Joe??? LOL My RC has the rubber floor mat. Fucker is like 1/4" thick....No heat here, hombre :) Since you are using yours for hauling scuba equipment and whatnot, maybe you should look into the rubber floor mat. It is a factory option...well, actually the carpet was the option, mat standard :D
