Or not necesarily? Secondly if it was Turbo would it have turbo badges somewhere or not necesarily? I like Shadows especially CSXs :D

The older ones would have the standard turbo badge on the fender. (i think shadows had those). They also have the turbo bulge hood. Careful cuz the newer dusters also had that hood but they were all V6. Sundances never had turbo hoods even if they were turbos. Maybe only Sundances had the fender badge?

also keep in mind you could find a nice one with a blown engine or trans (a tbi one) then get a harness at cophers and build your own turbo engine. Or get one of those Duster Shadows with a blown 3.0 (like that ever happens.. lol). Those look sweet!

My Shadow has this front end. It is an ES with the handling package. Meaning 205-50-15s. It is the 2.2L Turbo w/ 5 speed and a sunroof. I LOVE that car. Lori bought it for me. :D IT will run. It currently has either a rod knock or BAD BAD wrist pin knock. Havent torn into yet. And no it is not for sale. A tell tale on those years is dual tip exhaust pipe bludge on the hood mine even has a turbo sticker on the hood. It also has the crab wheels.

Hi Jeff

the headlights are really homemade stuff... I used clear GTS
headlight cover and some motorcycle beams. Looks great but the light level is not adjustable and not bright enough for really dark conditions. I hooked the two most center lights to low beam wires and the two outer ones to high beam wires.

Well..........let me ponder this. Here would be the best way I could think of to make one.

1) Fiberglass back bezel painted black (flat satin or gloss?)
2) Clear Covers would be lexan made by heating and vacuforming (something new for me to try)

I wouldnt feel comfortable making a product right now. I want to make a few more things first until I feel that I got composite work down good. I still have yet to work with fiberglass weave and I feel that is something I need to work with before I feel confident it doing work for others. Once I get used to working with weave I can even do carbonfiber weave if requested :D

I prefer to mess up my own crap before I mess up other peoples stuff.

I was thinking along these lines. Its a 94 5spd 2.5L has the turbo bulge hood but it also has hubcaps and was not specified as a turbo.

I want pics when its done. I like the wheels ive got a set of each. When your friend came to look at it and asked why i had crabs on it and i said 225/50 15 avs intermediates the reply was oh ok. haha the tires still bulge with those rims.

Oh theyll be plenty of pics when done! I have to dechrome the engine and redo the interior too (more reasons why i didnt jump on buying yours right away.)

Yeah i think even 225s are too wide for shelby crabs also. Pathetic.

I have 4 (actually 5) centurions i just didnt have them at the time of the before pics. I still havent mounted them to the new tires until after paint.. but at least i got some 50 series on the back.. lol. It came on 2 donuts. The guy was a fuckin moron...

For the accident.. ok some old guy was going to the Dr that day and got some drugs or whatever. The owner of the CSX had stopped into Radio Shack for 2 min. he also chromed the hell out of the brakes. I cleaned them up though.

Lets see what else. He beat holes in the muffler because it made it sound better

The had those ugly chrome wheels on it when he was driving it.. told me he went to store the stock wheels in a friends house but he only had room for 2 so he threw the other 2 away. I later find out who his mechanic was and he gave me one of the orig wheels with a huge curb chunk taken out of it. He said the other was fuct also.

My moms Hyundai was in a accident just like that. A woman was driving through the parking lot and had a ceasure and hit the car parked to the left pushing it into her car and pushing her car into the next. They came out and when they separated the cars one was hooked onto my moms car and tore a hole in the bumper.

Actually though the parking lot near her job is horrible. Her car is a 98 and its covered in hail dents and shopping cart dings including one that is about the size of a orange over the front quarter panel. All of which happened while her car was parked at work.

I cannot have a parts car. My garage has a room built in it. We have four cars taking up all of the driveway. We also have a bunch of bitchy people running the homeowners association in my subdivision. I am lucky I didnt get cited for my car sitting there so long without the engine.

I can only have a engine because I can fit it in what is left of the garage on my work bench.

Jeff I got a good idea for your custom headlights. I know you are not ready to do them yet but here is something you might want to consider.

Today I was sitting in the toll booth at work they decided to re train me because they changed the computer system since I last worked. But anyways since I was training all I was doing was standing there watching someone else do all the transactions and I was getting a good look at different cars as they went through the booths. I was looking closely at some newer jeep grand cherokees as they pulled up to pay. They have these nice circular headlamp reflectors in the headlight assemblies that look like they are separate pieces. Maybe if you stumble upon any of these in a junkyard you can check and see if they are worth a flip.
