Simple question right? Just wondering, cause I like to plan everything out as to what I'm going to do, even though I never finish any plans for any of my cars. But Is a build ever done? But I know others think different.

 

never had money for a "build", just put the cars together piece by piece. probably will always end up that way because i change my mind too much.

 

i set out basic goals for a car once i have it for awhile but, those parts specifically are changed depending on bargains and such. I have taken to the method of improving what's needed on the car for my specific goals, instead of saying "500whp" or "10 sec quarter mile", consequently I spend a lot less money on mods and stay happier with the car longer. I only mod when I'm completely bored with the car

 

I like to plan GENERAL paths and wait for bitchin deals.

 

IDK as I find out parts that are broken that need to be replaced, I just opt for the best parts that are out there to replace it. I had a broken spark plug in my head which caused me to remove my head and it get it out. I upgraded the head studs, top of the line head gasket, and port and polish the head. I went to change the wheel bearings, and then I upgraded the brakes,heavy duty rear trailing arm bushings. So I just build it as I go.
