Here are some pictures from the April 28th Porsche club autocross in Zephyrhills. It was a pretty cool track. Long and fast. Average lap time was a little over a minute. Course was a bit dusty and made it slick to drive on. It was great fun and Id definitly go again. :thumbup:

Almost!!! Came close to catching Tacdout and his 97 Mustang Cobras top time of 63.344 with my stock 1996 Nissan Altima SE. I turned a 63.395. Only .051 of a second! Dooh!!!:doh:

damn fastforward You got 2 of my friends cars but none of mine. good pics though. those were good times though I love there events and dan shields designs a hell of a track. Hope to see you guys out there at the fairgrounds.

Yeah thats my friends car......he let me drive it the other night still had the seats and harness in it.....man its a fun car.

Nah....Tacdout is still learning to pilot all that horsepower in the stang. He did a pretty sweet semi-360 spin out there. It was cool! The incar cam footage looks awesome! HAHA!
But I have gotten pretty decent behind the wheel of my grocery getter Altima. A lot better than I was. I was fairly impressed with my times compared to what many of the Porsches were pulling.

Well after losing control on my first run I drove pretty conservatively on the others. Im sure I could have pushed it a little harder. But I will admit Fastforward runs some great times in his car.

I am definately going to try and make it out to the next parche/bmw event looks like more of my style course.
miataxs are fun but my car isnt that great in the small tight turns I spin the tires too much coming out of the corners.
