Yes but it wont shift right why would you want to anyways? Just spend the $20 and get a cheap short shifter or just chop the top off your shifter and tap the thread lower.....

B16aracer explain to me how you will fuck up your tranny by getting a short shifter or chopping the top sorry but you are wrong. By getting a short shifter you reduce the throw by choppping the shifter down the throw is not affected(the bottom shaft of the shifter is still in spec but the top shaft is shortened to create better placement. Sorry you should know whom you are correcting before you try to make a fool of yourself I can have and do internal tranny work explain to me how it will fuck up the tranny? Learn more about cars then get back to me......gear ratio/throw is not affected thus tranny is not affected.
