What are the measurements of a daytona glh intercooler. Guss site is down and I cant find them anywhere else. Jeff? Anyone?? Gots ideas brewing.............
Might cut it in half lengthwise and make a 3 inch wide 15 inch deep 7 foot long intercooler so I drawn 45 inches of vac so I can drive around with an inverted filter....Sorry had to
Seriously I need the measurements pleez.

I would have to hack the tanks so I guess just the core.

Gonna make a 3 core IC like everyone else is doing?

Almost but not what ur thinking it will be for. You probably wouldnt believe me anyways. Just put it this way what size turbo could support a 3.2L 4-banger making about 300 hp @ 6000rpm?? Thanks for the measurements.

Designing up a system to turbo up 2 4-cylinders that share a common crank with cylinders separated 90^ apart. each 4-banger is roughly 3.15L. The other thing is trying to figure intercooler piping. 2 2 1/2 pipes coming off joining the bottom with a single outlet at the top of the intercooler. If I figured it right I will need a 3 1/2 outlet since it roughly has the same volume as the 2 2 1/2 inlets. Just have to figure out the fuel system. either a Chevy looking tuned port intake

Or a more traditional intake

With either the GEN 7 DFI or my personal more liked FAST injection system. Needless to say its not your run of the mill Turbo swap. Cant be done?...remember this guy..

There now you know my little secret. I have been driving Lori crazy with this idea. :evil5: Sorry babe. You know the car. The Chevy looking will be better for hood clearance and the whole sleeper look. Think these turbos will work?
compressors Garrett T4 housings with a 60-1 wheel turbines (exhaust driven side) are Turbonetics T3 Stage III .82 A/R housings center sections are Garrett T3 non-roller bearing pieces.
The intercooler size limits are roughly 16x17x2. This is total area to include the tanks also. It has to be a vertical flow bottom to top dual inlets on bottom with a single driver side exit on top. so with roughly 4 inch tank or so a cooler 17 wide 13 or so tall with only 2 inch space. I MIGHT be able to get a 3 thick core just have to cut more of the grille support than I really want to. :( I have the deimensions at the apt. I will post them when I get there. If not the Mopar ones maybe a custom Spearco $$$$$$$$$

TPI sucks for horsepower (trust me i know) but rocks the fuggin hizouse for torque. Add turbos to compensate for that higher rpm fall-flat-on-your-face-like-you-just-tripped-over-your-own-shoe effect and hmmmmmmm muhuhaahahaha :)
