Default tranny grinds

my tranny grinds when i take the motor over 5g's..the clutch feels good but might be a lil wore out but its goes in gear perfect and shifts fine under 5 but if i go higher it grinds..i got to let it come back to idel before i can shift next gear..is that sycnros?
its b16 cable tranny.
7lbs flywheel

replace snycro/slider/hub, but you cant get parts for a jdm b16 cable tranny, so you are SOL lol.

I had the same problem on my hydro GSR trans.... I changed the fluid to GM Syncro Max and it went away all together.

but if you plan on replacing/rebuilding the tranny later on then it'll be fine for a little while.
