....uh.... Spray paint??

Doesnt really matter what kind of paint you use, whats going to matter is how well you prep the wheel. Make sure to scuff up ever single part of the surface thats going to get painted... And on meshies it sucks dick because you need to get into every small nook and crannie.

Make sure to clean the wheel really well once it is prepped completely. and start spraying light, even coats.

A helpful tip.... If the wheels still have tires on them, buy a deck of playing cards and put them between the rim lip and the tire to keep from getting overspray on your tire.

Just like this.

I've also used index cards in the past.

^+1 works great. i did a set of meshes in gold.. it does take some time to get into every cranny and nook..

i may be able to dig up some pics.

i used high temp paint.. and a special spray paint clear for wheels. smells like candy

here is how they looked when i first started on them. previous owner tried to paint the inners black.. Boo!!!

in the prime stage. with the index cards

and then the finished wheel painted gold and cleared.. let me know what you think!!
