I was heading over to a friends house the other night and on the way I pull up next to an old pickup shortbed stepside good conditionlooked good for an old truck looks like its been reddone very nice sounding exhaust with a deep v-8 rumble Id say at least a 327 minimum but I dont think they made the 327 till later so Im guessing a 350 or 351. HE revs his motor a little and the light goes green. I launch and get on it pretty hard get up to about 55 and have above 8 car lengths on him. Now my car is somewhat quick but I wouldnt call it fast especially not 8 car lengths fast so I let off and slow down and the fucker flys by me. We catch another red light. This time I roll down my windown and am like Lets run and rev my engine he revs his back light turns green same thing I get way out in front and since it appears that he isnt running again I let off then of course he flys by a few seconds later good dammit and both times he has his shift light on just glairing with a big grin on his face revving his motor as he flys by me with my foot off the gas. Hes either having tranny problems getting in gear at the beggining or hes trying to fuck with me. So finally we pull up to a light where we have to make a left turn and we do this time I just gradually accelerate to 60 and we pass a sheriffs substation with him next to me I downshift and put it in 3rd but dont get on it this time Im gonna wait for him to make the move. He gets on it and gets his rear bumper even with my front bumper. I think cool finally hes on it so I put the hammer down wind out 3rd halfway through 3rd Ive gained that car length back and were dead even. I keep winding out 3rd and from 82-90 I put a car length on him Im finally happy Ive pulled on this fuck who has tried numerous ricer fly bys and Im not paying attention to what Im doing and all the sudden I bounce off the rev limiter about 3 times and my car length lead was dropped to half a car length so Islam it in 4th hard and withen a second I have my car length back and stay on it pulling him the whole time I take it to 112 and shift to 5th and go on up to 120 and have about 4 cars on him now I missed my turned about 80mph ago so I hope in the turn lane and make a u-e and he does too I figure he wants some more nope he goes up the road about 1/4 of a mile and turns into a gas station. I dont know what he had in there but it sounded like a big block with an exhaust and cams from the idle and obviously a shift light but what I loved the most was after him doing numerous fly bys was seeing his big v-8 have to pull into a gas station afterwards. Most people who redo trucks are really nice but this dude tried the ricer flyby on me and even after numerous attempts at giving a thumbs up he just had the look on his face like thats an import your an idiot you cant beat me. If I see him again Ill give him a thumbsdown instead slap him accross the face with my cock. He did lose with a friend in his truck though :D
