Last night I was going home and stop at a red light next to a 70s Camero. Bad paint dual exhuast (aftermarket) 1/2 hanging down wide 15 rims on back with smaller tires up front. Older man driving 3 day old beard scragly hair and all. I knew he was probably gunna try to gun it when it turned green. So I sat at the light just bliping the gas...but nothign over 1500rpm.
Well the light turned green and I just eased out and started normal acceleration in 1st. I hear his engine start to run harder (kinda like it was missing on a few cyls.) so I just push the pedal to the floor. I instantly start pulling. Had about 2 cars when I hear his tires squeel 2nd. I hit 2nd and put another car or 2 and he gives up before Im even 3/4 through 2nd.
Slowed to 5 over speed limit (45) but he never came near me. All of this was with boost controller off (12psi). It was funny so I went looking for rice...but to no avail.
