Im new to the board but not the scene. I know a few people on here. I usually dont post off of 3rd Shift but this is an exception. Checking out other groups for once. Everyone is always bashing TR.com so I figured Id check it out my self. One thing that 3rd Shift has that TR.com doesnt are good videos. Gotta hand it to Rob (Ladies Man) for that.

ive been here quite a while just starting fresh for various reasons.

3rd shift has videos but tr has good ones too (the few ive seen) theyre just different form i guess. of course 3rd dont have many videos lately since scene is down the tubes.

i never street race anyways and when i finish my project in about a year or two i will be using the track to prove myself.

Well I guess I jumped the gun a little bit but the video of this past Saturday was not too impressive. Robs videos are quite good in my opinion. Check out Part 6: Stupid Criminals and Part 7 Those are good videos. Good quality too. However I would like to see more of TR.coms videos if they are not all shot at bowling alleys and restaraunts. Let me know where thet are.

dont worry ive been around quite a while actually. ive seen alot of this stuff go on. the videos may be illegal events but its somewhat entertaining.

anyways i wont be out for a while due to certain distances and circumstances but ill let you guys know how i do on the track down here once it opens back up.

He didnt do anything that wasnt already started. There was already a task force out for street racing and besides street racing has been in the news before. I think everyone is just looking for someone to blame it on and Ladies Man isnt the one. You can blame all the ricers out there that do burnouts and speed between the race spots for the attention weve been getting. Maybeits time we start kicking the ricers out of the race spots. There are enough racers and bystanders that like watching he races and dont mess it up for the rest of us thatwe shouldbe able to flex some muscle on these people and keep them away from us.

Fast and Furious style like 3rd Shift? Where do yu guys come up w/ this shit? Come on be honest w/ yourself for a minute here. Before there was 3rd Shift even before there was Ladies Man the street scene was getting attention from the local authorities. Now Im not going to argue back and forth like its some kinda fude between Tampa Racing and 3rd Shift. As I understand it many people that are on TR.com are also on 3rd Shift and vise versa but what I dont understand is how you can blame something on someone that satrted a long time ago. Everyone knows this but some people want to blame someone so bad its easy to point fingers. Place the blame on the real attention whores the Ricers. Out at the locations w/ thier loud music and burnouts and strobe lights and fireworks (that was a new one on me) Come on. Most of the things that I just named are visible on 3rd Shifts videos but they are not done at the locations. They are done somewhere out of the way and away from the rest of the crowd. I can remember when Seventy-eighth street was the hot shit but look at it now. There were ricers all over the place doing burnouts and donuts in the parking lots. I think Ive made my point.

P.S. Dont even get mad tht I named the street cause everyone knows that the cops already know where it is and what we do there.

Chismoe I know you know me. Its Mike w/ the R/T. This conversation was started by people from TR.com. All I posted about was it seemed that we had better videos then TR has. Thats it. Nothing else meant by it. Overall TR.com seems like a very good site. I have no gripes. Like I said before I dont see why it seems that 3rd Shift doesnt like TR.com and visa versa thats it.

And besides you post on 3rdShift and you have no problem hanging out w/ us IMMATURE KIDS.

but yet while you say that nothing bad was done there actualy was. at the time street racing was out of the news scene what mister large head did was show them that things are a little more oragnized than they think so thats why there will be more busts and task forces then you can shake a stick at. as for the fast and the furious type shit hell just look at the ricers that tag along with your groups to 1320 events nuff said. granted there are some decent cars your ricer numbers over run your good clean cars and thats just the truth.

and as for your videos thats just more proof to make you guys look bad. it shows the truth of everything that mister big head lied about on channel 8. you guys brought on the attention trying to change the view of what people think of street racers but the point is no one is going to think well of people who do things on saturday and wednesday nights that break the law.

I am just trying to save you/anyone trying to argue time. It is not worth the effort to try to convince people of how it really is on 3rd. Just post normally on here and leave the comparatives out.

But think when the last time you saw me at a 3rdshift spot or meeting place was....I got tired of the rice and stupidness so I have been getting to know other groups. I still have my friends from there I talk to but Im not around much.

I have been very impressed with those at this site and others (BADRAP DSM etc).

i currently dont have that $9000 in engine mods its just a sig. that i thought was cool about sleepers. alot of my friends have sleeper cars plus the fact that there isnt much exterior mods u can do to a 1G dsm or camaro or etc. i also dont like to attract cops cuz they like to harass us around here. :p

i will be having close to $5000-$7000 in my motor swap once complete the motor will probably cost between $3000-$3500 alone hehe.

right now i think i run low 16s maybe hit 15.9 on a good day with good launching skill.

oh btw i dont drive a honda.
