Could have bad injectors, bad fuel pressure regulator, or even a bad PCM.....

The PCM is the Engine Control Module. It should be mount bejind the glove box if it a GM pickup. I'm willing to bet its either bad injectors or a fuel pressure regulator.. The injectors new are $150. The rebuild kit for the regulator is $40.
