Default Blue Dupli-Color "Paint Shop" question

Can anyone tell me about Dupli-Color's blue Paint Shop lacquer. Is it a metallic color? What is need is a small amount of light blue lacquer, and I was thinking of mixing some of their blue into their white, and "sneaking up" on the shade I want (not critical), but I want to end with a non metallic gloss.

Skip the Dupli-crap and get a cheap line of paint from local paint/body supply, Lacquer sucks.

Thanks for the advise, however, I want to use the product to refinish one of my guitars. That is an application where lacquer is traditionally used (though usually nitro lacquer instead of acrylic). I asked the question in this forum, because I saw that some members used the stuff. I don't want to spent $20 for a can and find it has shiny metallic particles in it.
