I was racing a neon the other night after he spanked me
about 5 times we pulled over and talked. I told him about
my muffler rattling and he told me I should change my
muffler bearings. Can somebody tell me where in he
muffler these are located? I tried taking my muffler apart but
couldnt find any bolts or screws or any types of fastners so I
cut into it with my dremel. I couldnt find any bearings in
there is it possible I wore them out so bad that they
disentegrated? It was all messy and black in there could
that be why my bearings wore out? I cant figure out how I
should put my muffler back together but I really dont want to
till I put the new bearings in. Im gonna go up to auto zone
later today to pick up a set anybody know about how muchI
should pay for these things? My guess is $50. I figure once
I have them I can see what they look like and figure out
where in the muffler they go from there then I just need to
have somebody weld or jb weld my muffler back together
who wants to help? Thanks fellas.

Ive never heard of muffler bearings. What you should do is drop down $190 and get a Magnaflow muffler (just the muffler). Youll get a little deeper noise and it will look cool too. And it wont be nearly as loud as i am. But thats an idea. At least your muffler wont be rattling.
