If you look closer the car in the pic has a hood extension (goes all the way across). Not just the eyebrows for the headlights.

You can get a set of eyebrows for the Jetta from EuroTech. I saw them there so I know they have them.

Mattig makes that exact part for the Mk4 Golf maybe they make it for the Mk3 too.
