i got an 04 gli, and i need some coils, i was told thats the problem with my car, im new to vdubs so im not sure, but my car hesitates and feels like im only running on 2 cylinders, i ran a tester on it and it said cylinder 3 and 4 misfire, so they said i should change um, so just doin what i was told lol, the car only has 51k miles so if u guys know anything other than that it could be let me know, thanks

I would and did ditch the oem coils and change them to MSD. Coil packs on VWs suck.

You could also check to se if your is cracked and temp fix it with som JB weld

Actually I'd go with the Hitachi's. They work just as good as stock, if not better. Plus they last twice as long as the stock coils. Check out ecstuning.com and the part number is ES#7536.

thanks guys, i went to vw today and just got some, i dnt like riding around when theres a problem with my car, but ill keep these places in mind incase im gonna change them out, thanks for the help
