SS from a roll

i go down to a nearby publix where some people are hanging out talking about cars pretty much chilin. next to us was a silver SS i look at my friend and tell him man id like to race him. 5 seconds pass by and the owner of the SS gets in his car with his friend. they drive off and all they do is look at the scene of imports. well i didnt think anything of it so we kept talking a couple min go by and the guy comes back i tell my friend im going to see if he wants to race. i ask the guy and he says yes. everyone gets in there cars and proceed to follow us. my friend tells me hes going to try and get it on video but he doesnt. me and SS pull up to a turn signal light and wait for green make a u turn he says ok from a roll at about 40 i said ok. i leave it in second he tells me you say go i look at him and give the ok. i stepped on it waited for the turbo to spool up and pulled half a car on him switch to 3rd and pulled another half car switched to 4th and pulled another half we let off and the guy comes up to my window and asks man is that turbo? i say yes his reply is damn. he didnt want to race anymore coo guy good race :)

ive been waiting for one too--only thing ive raced that is close is a trans am ws6 who i held with but wasnt able to get him from a light....but soon i will have my day....good kill---we should go hunting someday....;)

what Else is done to your Car If it was stock the ss wasnt racing you hard or he didnt know how to drive. What is your best 1/4mile time ?. Nothing against dsm I like them But stock they will not beat a ss or z06

yeah i have mods and no im not stock the SS had exhaust and intake the guy just put them in 1 or 2 days ago. z06 here i come :):):)

What year SS was it? No offense to dsms but an LS1 SS should eat you and shit you out unless you got major mods. Kid up here w/ a pretty modded up GST Spyder raced a 94 Formula A4 stock i believe and the Formula absolutley raped it. And thats an LT1 not even an LS1 there capable of 12.8s and from a roll pull like no tomorrow.

no prob but like i said before i do have mods done to the car i mean i have more than just dp intake exhaust. :)

oh and forgot since my last story i made some changes to the car so its running a little better
