Need Some Mad Help!!!!!!!!

Ok so yesterday i figured out my starter on my s14 is broke so i have to buy a new one.
so for about mabie 4 to 5 days my cars been makeing weird noises when i start it and it sounds like something is rubbing im guessing its my timeing belts but im not sure what should i do and how much you think timing belts go for on average price for the stock ka motor?!

ok so when i go to turn my car on it takes a while to start and while its trying to start it sounds like something is rubbing and i can feel it while im sitting in my seat
