Anybody have an OBDII Scanner that I may be able to borrow for my car?

I need to check a couple things on my car and would pay you for your time and efforts.

TIA

I was going to buy one a while ago but damned if they arent expensive as hell.
For the most part you can just use a multimeter digital osciliscope and the check engine light to find out all thats wrong with the car.

I may have some for sale in a little bit cheaper than what the ripoff people want.

Do you go to the saturday meetup spot? I have one if you go up there. I might be going up there. What is it you need to check?

Thanks for the reply.

Though I may test it out for fun just to see what these scanners can really do Ill be using it to monitor the following:

1) Intake Air Temps
2) Engine Coolant Temps
3) Ignition Timing
4) Intake Pressure
5) Injector Duty Cycle

and some misc other parameters.

If I may ask does yours run off of a laptop or a Palm?

My datalogger runs off the laptop. I found a secret place to get the obd-ii connectors and going to be making some probably and selling them cheaper than the http://www.obd-2.com/ website. They want $122 dollars for them. Noone else can seem to get the connectors which is why many people dont sell them but I found out the secret to them. And no I wont give it up. The cable I have came from the OBD-2 website.
