would it be better to build my stock v6, get the klze, or drop to the 2.2 turbo and upgrade the turbo

Probe is the same thing as Mazda MX-6.
Doing much with either car is hard though since they have very little aftermarket support.
If it were me I'd be inclined to build up the existing motor.
Probe guy see if Corksport has anything you can use, hell see if there are any Ford Racing parts for it.

I always thought they looked like RX-7s.
