high idle on cold start d16z6

high idle on cold start d16z6
ok so when I start my car for the first time in the day or when the engine is cold, the idle is waayyy high.. like 2500RPM, but after it warms up it goes down to where I have it set.. about 700rpm.. can someone help me figure out why this would be happening? its only on a cold start. thanks in advance.

well its a big ass yawn.. lol it lasts a while.. and when I had my rex I had a mini me swap in there and I never had this problem..

well its not really a big deal.. I just figured that if someone knew what I was talking about they could help me take care of it.. just little odds and ends that I wanna take care of thats all

Thought that was normal? My a6 did this till i tighted the FITV in more. The Cold Start Idle is just for the motor to warm up a lil quicker thats all. or at least thouse were my initial thoughts.
