Black car, black rims with a very slight orange on the rim (like whoever had them done with the red stripe?) and it would work. Car has to be blacked out, though.

Hankook makes tires that smoke red, but they're still black on the sidewalls.

They are actually using the orange tires for displays and promotional cars for the new Ventus V12 Evo. We have a display at the shop with one. The tires themselves are normal.

In that side shot it almost looks like a bad photochop job. That color really makes it look fake.
