Run away, run very far away.....
First of all Rotaries are not reliable ESPECIALLY if it's a 13b-rew (3rd Gen rx-7 Motor) For one you should really do some research on these engines so you know what you are getting yourself into because the chances of that swap being done correctly is very very bad. First of all see who did the swap and try and find out if they are reputable of any type of auto work. Also get a compression check as everyone on here will tell you to do.
What kind of Toyota is it?

toyota with a 13b, sounds like something owned by a rican.
the 13b is probably n/a. its not hard to swap a 13b into an older toyota, it gets done all the time in PR.
Im willing to bet that its either a corolla(E70) or starlet(KP61).

I think I know the car he is talking about. Is it completely stripped? No emissions, low 7 second 1/4 mile car with gallons of nitrous force-fed down it's throat?
If you've answered yes to any of the above, stay away from this ae86 my friend

zomg nitrous and rotary's do not mix well, if it is the car Ensen is talking about then my god run away because if the seals aren't blown then the rotor housings have been eaten to shreds...

Back in the day (the 80's in NY) RX-7's got stolen often for the engine and it usually wound up in a Corolla or a Datsun of some sort.
So those kinda swaps are not all that unusual to find especially considering the craptastic power the original motors in those cars put out.

Oh no, the swap would be pretty bad ass if this ISN'T the car I'm thinking of........and if said motor wasn't rebuilt once a week

I know that the engines did end up in a lot of old nissans ans toyotas BUT I am just saying that he needs to be really careful because half the time swaps like that aren't done right or just aren't taken care of by the owner and he could be paying for a piece of crap.

I Did Buy The Car And Have Been Driving It For A Couple Days Its Not The Car Ensen Is Talking About. I Will Be Posting Pics Soon. The Car Runs Good There R A Few Mods To The Engine Noting Real Major. It Has A Four Barrel Holley, The Intake And Exhaust Ports Have Been Bored, A Performace Clucth, And 4-10 Gears In The Rear End. Pics Coming Soon

Total bullshit....
But please practice what you preach.
Time after time you here the same people say the same thing over and over again.
Rotaries this rotary that....
My Vert had 280,000 miles + and wasn't blown..but I did a turbo swap cause the motor was weak...and I have a 200,000 plus rx7 coupe that starts up all the time every time!
Oh and your thing about the REW is totally false....its a far better motor than the 13bt.
Um they have 2 less oil metering jets.
Better designed rotors.
Better side seals
Better designed intake system
They can hold 800hp?
Ummmm...should I keep going?

let it warm-up on cold mornings
red-line it at least once a day - seriously, it keeps the carbon from building up or you may find out what carbon-lock is the hard way
change the spark plugs once a year
other than that, it's really the same as any other motor
All your other non power performance upgrades will be Toyota based.

How much driving have you done with the car? (miles/time)
Do you have any documentation on the motor, as to who rebuilt it an what EXACTLY was replaced?
Can you get a hold of these people and show them the problem?
Is the smoke blue/oil or white/coolant?
Have you had ANY overheating occur?
Is the motor running an OMP or are you premixing?

the smoke is definately oil it only smokes when it drive it hard. i have been driving the car about 20-30 miles a day the motor doesnt overheat. but it does shut off when it feels like it but it turns right back on

looking at the pics of your car and also looking at your other thread
the smoke may just be from oil control rings that are worn or not seated right
the motor cutting out on you randomly maybe a fuel pump that's starting to go or since you're carbed I assume you're running a distributer with a coil pack - either of those could be going bad
contact the people you bought the car from and ask them for some help and advice
Be nice and polite and respectful, as long as you don't accuse them of anything they'll prolly help you out
also ask the questions i posted above, get as much info on the engine you can
