Exclamation Looking for some tuning tips 1999 Honda Prelude

I just purchased a 1999 Honda Prelude with 208k miles on it. I've already replaced the distributor, wiring, spark plugs, air filter and given it an oil change with filter as well. I am experiencing a rough idle with the A/C on and off while driving but not as much in park. Does anybody have any advice on what I should jump into next? I'm unsure of the last time the timing belt was changed and looked to do that as well as a compression test this week. I live in Orlando and do not know anybody here that does great work. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

-edit I was also looking into doing some work on my block as well because I'm sure I will need to replace the rings. Does anybody have any advice on what the best rings/pistons and any other block accessories I could pick up in the process to make her run great, I plan on getting a turbo setup in the next 6 months and want to be prepared.

If i were in your shoes, I'd pick up a newer motor from an Hmotors, grab a clutch/ waterpump/timing belt, throw it in your lude, boost and tune it and call it a day without having to worry about machine shops and your old 208k motor taking a shit on you. This may end up being cheaper as well if you're able to do the swap yourself

Stock H22a's make great power with a turbo kit without piston/rod upgrades

^ or if he doesn't want to boost, the h22 is a great engine with good power for not much money. but grab an h22 from hmotors, freshen it up and have fun with it. well worth the money.

:edit: like this http://www.hmotorsonline.com/shop/sc...age&item=30028

swap your distributor and injectors and drop it in. low miles and will be trouble free for many years to come without doing any block work or downtime from taking your engine out, tearing it down, giving a machine shop a shit load of money. you might even end up saving money.
