low idle.. HELP

sti all stock besides tbe. getting some boost creep. thats fixable.. but the car idles a bit rough and when revved in neutral drops back down to about 100 rpms.. sometime itll come back up and go back down and so on.. others times it just dies.

whys this happening and how do i fix it?! please help.

lower the gap on your plugs a little too, that will help your idle

Chase is getting the famous boost creep in 5th.... because of the full turbo back! either needs a tune or EBC!

I would tune it out tho!

As far as plugs, i would pick up a new set chase! your car has like 60k miles anyways!

id pick up some one step colders but dont change the gap on those

hes stock besides the TBE. he doesnt need 1 step colder and it might even hurt his idle.

hes got a tbe and im sure it wont be long before he gets an intake and some other goodies so why not do it now

but should i stay away from one step colder plugs until i really begin to mod this car?

I'll tell you what worked best for me. One step colder plugs didnt help (for idle issues). I used Autolite Copper plugs P/N 3923. I had them gapped at .028 and it purred like a kitten. Try it. If it doesnt work, so what, you regap em back.
