Looks like a female BW. They live much longer than the males if not stepped on. Were there any small sacks in the web/nest?

thanks for the comments guys! yeah i only get online once or twice a day cause we dont have the internet at our place. That black widow was a good 3 inches in size! and yes i did see little baby spiders running around, which were all put to death by the bottom of my shoe :lol:

Now today we didnt do a whole lot just stayed around the house mostly.

Neighbors dog, that i later played fetch with for like 10 mins lol

It's only a matter of real-estate-market-time before we move to 2-5 acres in NC. We visited there last year, loved it, and agreed we'd live there. It may take 5 years, but it's the plan.

Even though FL is "home", I'm done with strip malls and swamps as scenery.

Another thought is to remove the popcorn machine, place a small person/model in the left corner and have them shake their head from side to side, then shoot a long exsposure shot. After some sinister processing, you would have a wickedly dark image that resembled a still from a TOOL video!!!!:evil:

Ya thats what my family thought too when we came to NC back in 03 so we moved to indain trail(its in charlotte but not near the city) ,but for the last 5 years it has been a total nightmare.Now our home is up for sale and as soon as its sold were going back to tampa! (I cant wait to go back)

(On that note anyone look to buy a 5 bed,3 full bath two story house on a 1/2 acre in indain trail great place if you have kids,from elem. to high school right in front of the Neighborhood entrance beat schools in county)

yeah i know its a shame!! i know its been sitting there for atleast 3 years, cause thats how long we've had our place up there, and you have to drive by it every time to get to town. the interior is in really good shape and its right hand drive!!
