ok so i'm in a financial debocle.

i'm willing to get rid of my pride and joy if the price is right.

My 1996 Corvette is disassembled and i'm going to sell for around $10,000.
you could probably put a few thousand into it a flip and sell for twice what u paid. i just dont have the money/time/skill/knowlege to work on it. if i cant sell the car, i'll just keep and its going into a storage unit so not going to take a huge loss on the sale.

I have pics i just have remember how to upload them or i can email upon request.

motor is taken apart read below and drivetrain had maybe 2k miles on it. The car made around 500whp at 4psi and almost 560 at 8psi with matching torque.
it has 4 passes at sunshine (on slicks) worst was a 6.8X best pass was a 6.67@ 108mph with a 1.44 60' pulled the front wheels. On the street will sit on the back wheel of a modded 05/06 GSXR1000 and 04/05 ZX10. on the street tires you wont get traction untill 65mph so a 50-55 roll or less you will blow the tires off.

what you get:
a clean full interior completely assembled in good shape Chasis milage is right around 100K
all gauages mounted on driver pillar(boost & fuel pressure)
17X8 18X10.5 chrome Z06 wheels
383ci (timing chain came off)
JE pistons ar 9:1 (with minor dmg little ) shapes from valves)
Eagle H beams
Eagle 4030 crank
ARP studs
Pro magnum rockers with ti double springs
port/polished LT1 heads (need assembled)
port matched intake mani
cust shift kit 4l60 (auto) carbon clutches (tranny is in one piece)
vigalantie 4000 stall in good shape
hooker long tube headders
42lb injectors
almost new Aeromotive fuel pump (the $800 one)
New msd box
TPIS "blower" cam
4 brand new wheel barings
new bilsteins up front with a thicker front sway bar with polyurithane bushings
Procharger D-1sc "10psi pulley" (made 8psi)
intercooler with surge valve

i'm sure i'm missing something here and there but the big stuff is mentioned.

what you need to do:
1. assemble motor (it needs push rods, valves, timing chain (pistons if you choose they arent that bad) bearings and gaskets) estimating: $500 in parts

2.put motor and tranny in the car.

3.buy/make an exhaust system (watch rear mufflers for spacing between tires and muffler)

4.buy a rear end (Car had a dana 44 with a 3.54 gear in it thats what th comp is set up for)estimating:$1500

5.install procharger (ac lines and coolant bucket are already modified) the tune should still be in the computer.

6. little stuff like oil, wires & plugs, and maybe a couple bolts here and there.

7. Enjoy :)

42lb which i think is the max the stock computer will handle.

pretty much u just have to assemble a 10sec car

the $10k is the ideal price, any one have an offer i would like to hear it.

You mean that's the max without tuning the car?

the car has been tuned, i think the 42lb injectors it the most u can run before u need a piggy back or stand alone cpu.

there are a bunch of reasons. one is i dont have time to put the car together, 2nd is i dont need a another street racing on my record, 3rd gas prices, and finally i have a 240sx that i'm dying to put an RB26 in it. And money is tight, this car has been disassembled for a year and a half, i cant stand watching it sit all sad looking in my driveway and everymorning i walk past the motor in my kitchen.

agreed $10k is alot but i wont refuse any reasonable offer. $10k is less then half the total cost of the build with out the price of the car. if i wanted to price it out piece by peice it would go over $10k just in parts.

I have title in hand and planning on having the motor assembled and maybe haveing the car running and driving.

running, driving, with everything intact, then its worth $10,000. But it sounds like thats a little more than you are willing to go. If you want to make 10k, put a stock motor in it, clean it all up, AC, etc.. sell the car for $7000 and part out all the speed parts. Quick, easy, and easier to sell.

I am a total sucker for the FRC. The C6 wheels should have been used on all the C5's, looks WAY better.
