Hey guys, I'm workin on a friend's Camaro. It's sat for over a year. The other day, I replaced the battery, and put about 15$ of gas in it. It started up and ran great for about 5 seconds, then my dumbass shut it off. I haven't been able to get it to start since. Turns over, but doesn't start. Looked down into the throttle body, don't see any gas getting through. Haven't had a chance to check the status of the fuel pump, but hoping it's not that. Replaced the fuel pump relay, but the wires are pretty chewed up going to it so not sure if that's the culprit. Any suggestions? Thanks.

only three things can stop it.....well two. your getting air. Spark and fuel.
Pull a spark plug and leave it plugged in, if it is orange spark it could be your coil. also if it doesnt fire is a good indication too.
cap and rotor or timing is off. Get it to TDC by clicking the motor over until you see the timing mark lay tdc. then pull the cap off and check if it is alligned to #1 fire.
check the filter. Should be inside carb from the line on pass side.

spray starting fluid into it and if it runs then its a fuel issue. change the filter as there could be some crap in the tank and if that dont work then the pump
