FS/FT 89/91 Jeep Cherokees

89 Jeep Cherokee...4.0 Auto. 4X4. Runs and drives good. Needs some work to be perfect. I have a complete parts jeep that goes with it. Both jeeps are running but one doesnt have a title. 600 for the black one 400 for the grey one obo or trades for both Jeeps 1200. LMK what you have. I have a pic of the one that has a title and will be the main Jeep.

what kind of work does the jeep need to be perfect?

It need the interior out of the parts Jeep put in it and the the radiator changed over. Everything needed is in the parts jeep. Both run and drive. The parts jeep also has 2.5 lift with adj coilovers and blocks

I wanna sell as a pair cause I dont need them. Make an offer. The driver one needs some vacume lines put back into place and the radiator switched over. But they both run and drive. All the parts needed to make the driver perfect are on the parts one. Just need the time to switch them over.

Well the radiator is better on the 91. Its leaking alittle and the coolent bottle has a pin hole in it. I just found out this stuff on Sat when I was messing with it and driving it around.

so nvm cuz im looking for a reliable dd cuz now my clutch went out and im scared if i fix it something else go wrong on it so i wanna park it and rebuild it but i need a dd.

Well like I said its not perfect but everything is there to make it perfect. This will make a nice dd/mudding jeep when the time is put into it.

i would love to get it, but i have a 1989 jeep with big tires on my back yard and it needs rear drive shaft battery and tune up and oil change and its my buddies because he moved away and he said i can have it for 700 dollars and fix all the things, so if i want something not running good and to fix it and put some time into it its right there on my back yard, but i need a car to drive to work becase with me n my grl using one car is pain in the ass, so i either need to spend 400 and fix my car or 400-700 on a dd jeep thats running at the moment, i mean if u would do the vacum lines and radiator then yea i would get it for 600 like u said so then i got a 100 for gas and registration and bs, but u probably wont do it plus you wanna sell both of them and i sure dont have 1200, money is tight these days.

why don't you just swap the stuff you need to get the one truck in dd condition and put the other stuff in the one that has no title and separate the trucks? i would be interested in the without the title / no front grill and bumper/and a leaking radiator. cheap of course. only because it would be a mud truck and doesn't have to look good, but only because you said the engine and trans and 4x4 is good.

Just buy both trucks...then you can switch the parts and either sell it or scrap it. Ill go 1000 for both but no lower then that I figured someone would offer me lower any way.

im sorry i cant do 1000, i would have to wait and save and i cant wait, i found a 1990 4x4 2inch lift 5 speed for 900 and im gona try and get it for 500-600 waiting for his decision. how can i check a clutch besides driving it and feeling it for my selfe? i wanna make sure the clutch and tranny are good before i drive away with it.

The AX-15 is the 5 speed tranny. And if your going to go trailing with it...id say have a spare clutch ready. And the trannies arent to fun to pull out. A clutch can go when ever it wants...and every cars clutch is different...its hard to tell if its good or bad.

so i might as well wait and find something auto, i wish i had a grand so i could get both of urs but i dont have it, i would get urs for 600 like we were talking about but then i need radiator and the whole vacum lines, idk im confused and about to just put more money in the money box (my 91 integra) and fix the clutch and drive it if i dont find anything by the end of the weekend.

nah i aint gun trade my shit, i ordered the clutch tonight and im fixxing my teggy, cheaper, plus i can always fix my buddies jeep thats on my backyard and drive it anytime i want and it will only cost me 200 so i made up my mind but thanx anyways.
