id say pick up a vf39 and get a KevlarPort on it. around 15-20whp and only $100. Wastegate will be ported as well to reduce the chance of boost creep.

probably my house as I have the tools when he is in tampa.

I don't know of any other company that does a turbo port for that cheap, nor another one in tampa (which means you don't have to ship it and downtime is *maybe* a day lol)

id say go bigger you have injectors to handle a 20g the tranny will hold up... the 39 is nice but power falls off up top.... go biggerrrrrr

thats not true... did the calculations and i should be using at least 740cc injectors with what i just recommended. injectors shouldn't be flowing over 85%

you *can* do it, but it is not recommended. check deaschwerks site, the recommend not running over 85%. also the calculator is on there, and if you know your turbo g/s it will tell you.

with 22% drivetrain loss you would be at 491.66 at the flywheel, which means on 850CCs you are running 91% injector duty cycle


im pretty sure our cars have more DT loss than that though, so you may be at an even higher duty cycle.
