i have a t5 transmission and an 85 corvette bellhousing but the bolt pattern from the bellhousing to the transmission arent the same... is there an adapter i can buy or a bellhousing that will work in my case? ill post up some pictures tommorrow if you know what im talking about.. any help is appreciated

You could have a bellhousing from a 4+3 vette, they used a combo of a 4 spd manual, and 3 spd auto trans. You may also have a T5 from who knows what, I know the newer V6 f bodys use a different case that wont bolt up to a thirdgen's T5 housing, might have changed when they went to tremec. They also have a 26 spline input shaft, so you might think its a V8 one.

damn it does say tremec on it... do you know of a bellhousing i can use?

No, and its gonna be almost as weak as using a thirdgen V6 T5, the first gear is 3.75:1, whereas the thirdgen V6 one is 4.0x, and the V8 is 2.95

try keisler transmission look them up put you in the rite direction
