turbo pressure question
ok i was driving and i accelerated from 2nd gear and when i went up to 60mph with the peddle to the metal. the pressure dropped drastically. it sticked close to .1 but when i got close to 6000 rpm it dropped down to .05 and under. i was wondering if this is common or is it like not getting enough air or fuel or anything? it feels like im not getting all my 13psi
ps my subaru is bone stock only upgrades/deletes is suspension and silencer delete ( air intake jug in right fender)

Well if you're on the stock TD-04 then it's designed to drop towards redline since the turbo itself is too small to make decent boost (non-hot air) which is completely normal. Was this a change from what you normally feel/see?
i just got this car 2 months ago i only put less than 5 thousand miles on it. i dont drive hard because im a fuel efficient guy i drive alot and i would like to get my mpg out of the car.
anyways it peaks out towards .1 and sticks there but what 13Brotary said that it normally drops when close to redline i can understand that.. i didnt think it would drop thought it would stick all the way through redline. so is it because the turbo is so small? or maybe it needs to lose some air restrictions. like up pipe down pipe air intake etc?
