that motor is up there in the rpms 2..look at what rpm he takes off in and then watch him peddal..

I haven't drag raced in years so I have to ask, why no wheelie bars? I understand that the sanctioning body may not allow them in that particular class? WTF? over.
Doesn't seem too smart to me, but he did a great job of saving it.

21 seconds into this video is the same race from OUTSIDE of the car in the stands. He still hit the wall. So there wasn't really a "save" except that he didn't completely decimate the wall or the car. For sure he had to replace the fender and door skin and probably a bit of work to the rear quarter. Great driving none-the-less.

No wheelie bars was probably due to not being allowed due to class, but IDK...He DID have a chute though.

What he needs is some gauges so he can monitor his shit !
Yeah, Like an altimeter gauge! :lol:
