4303 prostar pump good for 2000hp na about 1500 forced. Should be a good pump for a while.

Got my new radiator in its a becool alum. radiator

Also got my msd mod 6 box and wiring harness in. Woot

dropped the aluminum block and other parts to Chris Nelson today for the machine work. Now its time to call fox lake :)

my opinion is that you will never put half as much nitrous threw a 2v as you think you will. and that you will chase 6.50s untill the day you buy a turbo kit.
then you might go 6.50s a few times before you start lifting heads and pushing out gaskets at witch point you will throw a pushrod motor in it and be happy.
but what do i know about mod motors right?

well my budget is small so i havent put my own car back together however james albert and i put something together witch i would be more then happy to bring out.
i would love to c a vid of your car goin 7.0 you barly held walters fwd dsm out from a dig on an 8th mile street. if you do make it to 6.50s youl do it with a super light chasis and a shot half the size of the one u been dreamin about, even the other nitrous 2v guys think your a jackass.

p.s. how many pics of blk cocks did you look at before you found one you liked. makes me laugh every time i think about it.

For the record it never went 7.0. Best was a 7.30. So he needs .80 to go 6.50. I am not seeing that being too much of a problem :dunno:
. Especially with the money he has been spending. Ther is no reason why it won't atleast go into the 6's.

i agree it should be able to go into the 6s for sure but its not gonna do it by shoving tons of bottle threw it.
it will prolly take a 300 shot with good heads and a large cam. if you can make 600 wheel you should be able to get it into the mid 6 range with some weight reduction. my concern would be making it last the mod motors arent too nitrous friendly after about a 200 shot.
just sayin for a race car mod motors are not the way to go, all that money hes spending and you could prolly stick a bottle on the coupe and go 6s for alot less.

wanna go phast? i have a set of DOHC "C" heads in my garage if a want to buy em. the number one chamber is a little beat up from a peice of alum that got in there some how and is now stuck between the exhaust valve and the seat. the motor ran pretty good in my lincoln untill this happened.
