Drove around tonight and found a couple little spots, hope you like
this place was just weird, had high barbed wire fence, wish i could gotten back there and explored a bit

Sweet, are you going to start using more of this gelled flash technique?
I really like it. The filters that came w/your flash... does it reduce the light output a lot? I know the ones that came with mine did, but it's a way older model.

yeah i love it, but it takes alot of work lol the last 2 shots i was running around non stop the whole 30 seconds trying to get all the lighting right, flashing in the right spots, and then flashing to cover my tracks so you dont see me running around:crack:
and the gels if you wanna call them that are just paper thin inserts for the flash, i bought them separate, and i wouldnt say they effect the light out put at all, but their is a ND one that brings the flash down a couple of stops.

Nice. Does the D40 do bulb exposure? If so, you can go over your 30" exposure so you don't have to run so much. :lol:

yeah it does but you have to hold the button down the whole time so that doesnt help any lol
