I'm looking at getting some 4.88's installed on my 2005 F250 Powerstroke diesel. Was wondering if anyone knew a shop that can take of this and had good experience with it. And any idea of price?

Let me know. Thanks!

priced out 4.56's for a excursion last week it came out to be right around 1700. This is with a known company for gears. I only use one company for my gears in trucks.

I would be doing the install here at my shop. The gears an install kits would come from Yukon.

with you supplying the gears its $1500 out the door with an alignment. If i supply the gears your looking to add another $500-$750 depending on what gear set you choose. I warranty my alignments an labor for 90 days an 3000mi.

I've got someone right in Seffner for you I would highly recommend.

SwampIt 4x4, his name is Greg Cochrane and he works out of his house located off Kingsway. He recently rebuilt my rear-end and I would highly recommend him. Good, honest guy and he does pretty much everything...especially gears. His number is 813-789-6337, tell him John with the black Wrangler sent you.
