The Ranger doesn't have a k-member. It is a full frame vehicle. As far as actually mounting the motor, I believe all you would need is custom motor mounts.

This is kind of going to be a dual project. Im selling steve my 03 motor and tranny with all the stuff he will need such has the ecu and engine wiring harness. Im going to put a 302 in my 97. I have already got the kmember i need and the dash wiring harness. I am working on getting the engine harness right now so almost all the wring stuff I have. But as far as the brakes, how will that work. He has a brake booster and I have the hydra booster. Will he have to convert over to a hydra also? Also I was told that my PS pump will bolt up to a 302 so I wouldnt have to change my booster? Also he has a 5 speed right now and im giving him my t-45. I believe s10's have t-45, so could he just use a s-10 shifter, or will his shifter bolt up to a t-45? I honestly dont know much on the rangers so its going to be a fun event. Thanks
