i was wanting a design made up for a tattoo i was gonna have done, i was wondering if someone who is good at scetching or drawing, or design could make something up?

i want it to look like this,

i like it, but what i was mainly wanting was for someone to scetch up a gnome with both of his hands like hes on a fence like the first picture and have him peeking over with like a suspicious face.
