If given the choice of entering a multi day event with hotel catering, parties every night. or would you prefer the entry fee be 1/2 as much and not have an event every night.

well it depends on the price. the difference between 300 and 150 is no biggie but 3000 and 1500, yeah, that`s a big difference.

well I break it down like this lets say a 4 day event difference being $499 and $999 however the later includes food, nice hotel room, basically makes it more of a social event.

I guess I could offer both, but then each entrant would have to cover their own expenses and we would need to collect if they wanted into the socal events. To be honest it's false economy to NOT take the package since once you add up the cost of rooms etc. it's gonna wind up very similar diffrence being we can get nicer diggs buying as a group.

no website yet... I'm trying to iron out the details, get my planing committee ironed out, get the racetracks in line. but with < 200 miles of transit every night that should leave plenty of time for shenanigans.
