god damn, japanese plates on cars in the states piss me the fuck off. if youre going to do something stupid like that do research.

1. dont even think about getting yellow plates. that teg is sure as fuck not in yellow plate category.
2. road tax number. 50? for an integra? fuck you haha. mine is a 301. 50s are reserved for work vans and small cube van things.
3. dont get kanji plates. get the Y plates.
4. dont do it in the first place

I think people just want them because it looks different and kind of cool. I doubt anyone is really going to care if the information on their Japanese plates really corresponds to the vehicle they own. Just like the euro guys with their German/English plates (I've done it).

Don't be an elitist just because you're in Japan and actually know what the plates mean. Who cares what people do to their cars?
