WHO: Me (AtomicFire @ NASIOC)
PLACE: Big Valley Performance (
TIME: April 12th, 9AM to 6PM

We're looking for people to join us on the dyno for a DYNO DAY with Big Valley Performance, at their new shop. Sorry for the pricing mixup, not sure of the final price but it will be under $80 total for three pulls. It is costing me $800 for the entire day, final price depends on how many people show up but at this point it is going to be under $88

We have 9 people signed up, we can do a few more.

Anyone is welcome to come and party with us, but if you want to do pulls you need to pay.

PM me or email me pengc99@erau.edu

Blue Moon Automotive is a 2wd dyno, Big Valley is a awd dyno. It costs twice as much.

Any car can go on an awd dyno.

I would consider it if it was less for us 2wd guys... im not paying nearly twice as much just because you have a 4wd dyno.

and i only need 1 or 2 pulls not really 3.

Ide pay 30-40 for 2-3 pulls.

Just cause your only using half the dyno doesn't mean their payments on the dyno are cut in half.

I didnt say that... but because they bought an awd dyno doesnt mean a 2wd dyno run is worth twice as much just because its on an awd dyno.

S & R Performance has had several Dyno days and the price has never been over $45 for three pulls. They also have a AWD dyno.

blue moon was only $45 for special events, otherwise it's $80 for 2 pulls without a print out.

Bump for updates. Clarafication, the dyno day is costing me $800, so the more people we get (at most 15 guaranteed spots) the less it costs!

I might stop by to see any shop changes but I am going to S & R Performances dyno day. There will be about 60 Stealth/Mistus/evos/ect. Probably 30 dynoed.

special events 'aka' "dyno day".... Is this thread about a "dyno day" or just to advertise that they have a dyno for $80 bux regular price even on dyno days?

continue..

There was some pretty epic confusion. Big Valley does NOT charge $80 per dyno session. They charged me $800 to rent the dyno for the ENTIRE day. The $80 comes from when I wanted at least 10 people in on the dyno day, so 800/10 = $80 per person. The more people we get the less it will cost per person.

they have one of the cheapest AWD dyno i believe.... i wasn't a big fan of how they would make up a correction to get dynojet numbers.....

If he gets more people it will be less. I know some VW guys that have been looking to dyno, I will pass them your email if that is okay! I would go if I didn't have plans already!
