Supra Transformed..this time its mine!

Well as everyone knows i have the 1993 RHD Red hardtop NA/Auto supra. Well I took a small vacation and started to change some things up on it. I have started to do the paint and body work first. the car runs great so im sticking with the appearance of it first, then will be slowly going turbo..either NA-T or full TT swap. well here are some pics of the before and after on the car.. Tell me what you think!!!

thanks guys...lol... I took those night pics this morning at the shop...was around 6am...i got off work and headed down there to snap a few.... I had to borrow your tripod because i didnt know the camera would take like 30 secs for one pic...so I had a few blurry ones, until i figured that out..lol.. all well...

RSP FTW! Car looks amazing. Love the new sub over the old one. Now you can tell people that the targa will still fit in the back if you could figure out how to get that damn roof off! :D Get some '97-'98 style front signals though!

Im not done with the shifter yet... still waiting on a 6 speed trim panel to complete that. its still auto..just after im done when you look inside the car it will look like a 6 speed... and my lock out still works...lol...thanks again for the comments

Thats cool, looks alot better than what was there. Nothing wrong with a auto supra(as long as you plan on pushing numbers)

Well another little update. Im almost finished just have to paint it. I did the auto shift knob mod. I put a 6 speed knob inplace of the auto one.Well being RHD i cant find a 6 speed console piece. so I took a LHD 6 speed panel and hacked it up and made it work. well here are the pics for it. I ordered a leather shift boot from toyota, and should be here tuesday...I hope.. well here are the pics of some of my work...

Are you piecing it together or just going to get a kit from one of the shops? Just out of curiousity what would a paint job like yours cost a regular fella like me? Seeing projects like yours makes me want to get back into debt to pick up a nice NA.

IM piecing it together. Being that my car is RHD there are a couple issues with the steering rack and brake master... so these bolt up kits offered by companies wont really work for me.. the wastegate is in a different location to clear it. SO i have to have the turbo manifold made. probably a rough estimate for this paint job would be in the 4000 to 4500 area...because the car was taken all apart (roughly)
