i finally found me a MKIII what im trying to find out and ive looked all over and cannot find it i dunno maybe im blind but how much boost will a 1j's stock head gasket hold? and how much can i actually push out of the stock twins?

theres TONS of reference materials posted on that forum however, you will be crucified for not using the SEARCH function before asking anything.
