i found a shop today that rents for $1500/mth. it has three bays,engine hoist,air conditioned office space,brake turner,tranny jack,new compressor,commercial lift,plenty of space outside,it's fenced in.it is located in E.Lakeland.Anyone interested in going in with me on the rent?anyone need some shop space?the outside lift would be ideal for custom exhaust or transmission work.lemme know.

it's not far,less than 10 miles i'd say...combee runs into 33 right at the i4 overpass...let me know...
