If you're looking to get some high quality pictures of your car - this is your chance. We're looking for a few clean/nice cars. We can only allow five cars per day. If you have any questions, or if you'd like to sign up - PM me.

It's 1.5 hours give or take, depending on where you live in Orlando. If you decide you're interested - let me know. We're keeping the cars to a minimum so that we can give each car the time it deserves.

No really strict rules. The forum layout is 700px wide, but that doesn't give enough detail for pics IMO. I usually stay around 900, your mileage may vary. Glad you could come out yesterday, I hope you sitck around P&G.

We just tried a different spot. The S-Curve - and we got even less flak than we got yesterday. One truck guys came up, we talked and I ended up joking around with them a bit.

I think one of them was the big boss guy that they said was coming yesterday, but he wouldn't own up to it.

Yeah seriously. They told me that we couldn't go much farther in from where we were... and we had issues with two 18-wheelers.

The first one came from the track and was leaving, and he did 30mph-ish right past us and almost drifted around the corner onto open road. A car on the road had to brake in order to avoid him...

Then the second one tried to pull over to the side so he wouldn't interrupt us, but he almost crushed someone's bags/equipment and Chris' longboard. He was roughly 18" from the stuff - I almost had a heart attack. Here's a pic of it:

That car was awesome. I say next time we shoot closer to sunset or sunrise though, the shadows were too much.

Also, next time we need to shoot on on day instead of two. Two days was too much IMO.

Anyone else have any ideas or suggestions on how to improve next time?

I had a great time shooting on Saturday. I wish I could have been there for Sunday too but my body would be totally burnt :lol: . It's hard to shot a dusk because no one wants to get up that early and dawn would be sweet but would be bad if we ran out of time and it got dark. I would say dawn would be better though and then if need run out of daylight we could shoot some at night. I'm really looking forward to doing it again soon that's for sure, so lets not wait too long to do this again.

Oh and to let you all know. that trailer had a indy car that was all messed up. The trucks usually arrive on wed. But there was some nasty wrecks this weekend in Miami..they have no luck at that track.

yeah i cant wait till the next shoot! well we shot 6 cars in about 2 hours with alot of messing around lol. so i say we start the next one around 6ish and have like 10 cars, and that way if someone wants night shots too we can do those or we can just get them all in before sundown. I think now that people know that we are serious that we wont have any problems finding more people to shoot.

On another note though, I'm not sure I agree about more cars. More cars means less time per car because people are only willing to wait so long. Maybe we can schedule cars for different times?

yeah just tell each person to show up 20 minutes later than the person in front of them, unless they just wanna come and hangout, which some people like to do.

Yea I would say a set schedule unless you would like to come early and hangout the only problem with that is when you meet at an easy central location and then go no one gets lost. It would be unfortunate to have set times too and then have someone not show up. I think sticking to a central meet up spot with the same amount of cars but later in the afternoon would really be the best way. Maybe have a meet once a month.

Thanks Kristian, there aren't many rewards better than comments like these. I'm glad people like the pics, it was a pain in the ass to setup the shoot but the results were well worth it.
