this is the 200ci straight six that came in my 1966 mustang, while i had it out to rebuild it i decided to modify the intake (which is cast to the head). i didnt feel like paying $400 for the offy adapter, or dealing with the vacuum leaks. and i think mine looks better anyways.
test fitting the 1.5" exhaust tube, a 2" hole saw was the right size.

this is the 1960-69 'hex' head adapter.

1970-83 'flat top' head. these adapters are easier to find, but offy stopped making these last year (i think).

ive got all the carbs, still waiting on some jets and an emulsion tube. i think the company i bought them from gets them from italy so it takes some time.

its in the car, i had it running on the old original carb. it leaked and wouldnt run well without constant attention so i ditched it and im going to put the center weber on while i recurve the distributor and get the timing set up. once i get that tuned right ill work on getting the outboards on and jetted right.
the linkage has been the most difficult part, still not hard since i copied the offy linkage. http://i237.photobucket.com/albums/ff192/patrickL727/newpics063.jpg

Damn dude! Nice work! I'm really happy to see you sticking with the I6 instead of swapping in a V8
